  1. At the junction of the A470 and A4215 (about 5 miles SW of BRECON) take the minor road leading in the OPPOSITE direction from the A4215.
  2. Continue to some WHITE PAINTED HOUSES and then instead of following the minor road to the left go straight on down the dead end road for about a mile.
  3. Go past the “No vehicles” and BLAENGLYN FARM signs and continue until the tarmac road stops.
  4. The basecamp is just past the main farm on the RIGHT hand side and signposted DAN-Y-GRYN.
The surrounding country is spectacular but very wild – GOOD WET WEATHER/MOUNTAIN GEAR IS ESSENTIAL plus BOOTS.
